James, Max, Ewan and Julie are our amazingly talented beginners. Having only been playing for a matter of weeks, we are looking forward to showing them off in our December busking session.

Our new recruits have a few things to get under their belts before getting ready to practice for an exam.

We all have to work really hard on our breathing, trying not to puff our cheeks out and to try to gain more control over the notes we produce. Everyone is doing extremely well and we are all very proud of the hard work that has gone on so far!

Most of our work has been on open notes (C, F & A) and recently we’ve added the in between notes to our repertoire. Luckily, you don’t need many notes to be able to play Jingle Bells, so our New Recruits will be showing off at our Christmas Concert!!
